Cassidy Gould, CT
Cassidy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy at Ursuline College. She has an interest and experience in supporting clients facing depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma. Her passion for counseling strives from a deep desire to help individuals of all ages work through life’s challenges. She believes in using compassion, empathy, and expressive therapies to help those on their healing journey. Her therapeutic approach is built around a nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive atmosphere. Along with this, she advocates for every client to ensure their time spent in therapy is full of growth and self love. Cassidy incorporates various therapeutic techniques that include cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, mediation, grounding exercises, and various forms of expressive art therapies. Outside of her clinical work, she loves exploring various art forms, enjoying time with friends, and caring for her pets.
