
Joleen Muenz, LSW
Joleen is a licensed social worker currently practicing in the field. Joleen obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work from Bowling Green State University and her master’s degree in social work from Case Western Reserve University. Joleen is experienced with supporting teens and adults.
She has experience providing care towards various groups, individuals, families and adolescents within a residential setting. She has supported groups and individuals seeking support with managing anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, mood, adjustment, grief, and behavioral patterns.
Joleen is committed to fostering a therapeutic space that respects and uplifts people from all walks of life. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals from historically under-resourced communities and diverse cultural backgrounds. Joleen approaches this work with cultural humility, a willingness to learn, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
In her free time, Joleen enjoys walking in parks, swimming in the ocean, baking cookies and muffins, spending time with family, friends, and her two cats Ophelia and Finley.
