Sarah Eshelman, LPC, ATR-P
Sarah Eshelman is a licensed professional counselor and provisional art therapist. She earned her master’s degree in counseling and art therapy from Ursuline College. Sarah works with clients of all ages and backgrounds and has experience working with children and adults in a therapeutic art-making setting, both in groups and individually.
Sarah is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment for all clients and is a firm believer in the healing power of art, both in her own self-care and for her clients. She uses both art-making and talk therapy techniques to explore concerns, build upon strengths, and support clients while working toward their goals. She is enthusiastic about continuing to create a safe, supportive, and creative space for clients.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her friends and family, enjoying the outdoors, creating art, reading books, and cuddling with her two dogs.
